What to know
Refunds
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on our custom garments. We can, however, guarantee that we will do everything we can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please respect our time and understand when you reserve time with us, no one else can book during your appointment.
Bring a Friend
Feel free to bring one guest to accompany you throughout the fitting. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any more than one. Larger groups can be distracting. Any questions on this please don't hesitate to email us.
Arrive On Time
Please contact us with as much advance warning as possible if you're going to be up to 15 minutes late. Due to our busy schedule, arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late will be considered no shows and charged a no show fee of $150.
