What to know
Refunds
Because every garment is designed and made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders. If something isn't right, however, we'll work with you to address the fit or construction and get you to a result you're happy with.
Rescheduling
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because appointments are reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Bring a Friend
You're very welcome to bring one guest with you. We limit appointments to one guest so that we can keep the fitting focused and give you our full attention. Any questions on this please don't hesitate to email us.
Arrive On Time
Running late? Just let us know. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to treat the appointment as a no-show and apply the $150 no-show fee.
